An introduction to Home Health Care in Delaware
- In Delaware, Home health care services :
- are provided for homebound patients who meet eligibility requirements. Many treatments and care previously limited to the hospital are now being provided in the home. The Bureau of Home and Community Services is the parent agency for the statewide Medicare/Medicaid certified home health program that serves all Delaware counties.
